About the project
A laundry building is located on a rectangular plot with an almost flat relief area of about 0.4 hectares - dry cleaning. The existing building is a two-storey, rectangular volume, measuring 43.2x19.0 m with a flat roof.
During the reconstruction of the building, the building site does not change, 2 floors of officepremises (3 and 4 floors and technical rooms) are being built on: the main surfaces of the walls are lined with compositematerial.
The "Archigraph" proposed a modern compactly solved volume in which plastic facadesit is solved due to balconies, sunken and protruding parts, decorative canopy of the entrance part; modern finishing of facades with aluminum foil, tinted glass, blinds is provided.
On the roof in operation, which hasan inversion structure, it is planned to plant greenery in tubs and create well-groomed corners; canopies will be arranged here, allowing you to relax in the fresh air. Ventilation pipes are used not only as a functionalelement,but also as a decorative one.
On the ground floor of the building there are rooms for consumer servicespopulation: laundry and dry cleaning, metal repair, hairdresser, photo salon, pharmacy kiosk,minor repair point, utility rooms and agricultural units.
On the 2nd floor, there are trade and exhibition halls withutility rooms and bathrooms. Office spaces, recreationalareas and c/nodes for employees are being designed on the 3rd and 4th floors.
The main entrances for visitors and guest parking are located on the sideof the inner-block passage, the entrance to the administrative and office premises is located on the side of Artsimovich Street. The project provides for an outdoor parking lot for 10 cars in the courtyard of the building alongthe inner-city passage - for 4 cars, as well as for the future the installation of 2 mechanized 3-tier parkinglots such as APS PUZZLE PARKING for 19 cars each. Convenient entrances andramps to all entrances, as well as parking spots, have been set up for mobile groups of the population. A building-free area, with the exception of parking lots. It is being landscaped. Together with the fenced parking area, the laundry and dry cleaning building forms a modernhousehold complex.
